  Claire was fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable and nice seeing a woman in this field. She is an asset to this company. The guys and manager Dakota are always great. Very helpful.

  Trusted them to change my oil and not check after their work. Had to go back after a plastic piece was dragging. When we went to get that piece fixed by them I’m just now learning they just removed it and threw it away.

  Stopped for an inspection. There was one car in front of me. I was offered a bottle of water, while waiting. The wait was minimal, and the 2 guys I interacted with were pleasant.

  I take both my vehicles to this location and they are fast, personable and always have coupons! As a business owner, I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an oil change or service work.

  There were three bays so I went to one of the two that said oil change on them. Gut came out asked what service I needed and I said oil change. I set for probably 10 to 15 minutes because they were busy and I understand that but was then directed to go to Bay three where I said another 10 to 15 minutes. The car invite three moves out and they said we need your registration I said I'm here for an oil change not an inspection so they made me back up for a second time and moved to a different Bay. I know they never showed me my air filter they said they checked it not quite sure but at the end of everything I'm pulling out and the technician had left my skid plate underneath my car down so I was dragging it through the parking lot. He apologized profusely but your manager never offered any apology or anything else I'm just very dissatisfied with the service I got at this location. Also they didn't even look at my cabin air filter if that's supposed to be part of the $102 I spent I never got that either. I'm putting overpriced in the comments because I have been a Valvoline many times and their service is about the same price but they do the cabin air filter and they show me the air filter these people did nothing of that sort which I would think would be part of the process or I could be wrong.
