  I had a tire blow out and Nore took care of me same day! He was so nice and helpful. He got me in and out within an hour. I also got a great price on the tire. Thank you so much!! Will definitely come back to Mavis for future tire needs.

  Took my car here for 4 tires and aligment I was meet by Nore. From the moment he introduced his self nothing but the up most respect and explain everything that would take place need more guys like Nore I respect and appreciate you for my experience here i will definitely be back thank you Nore and the hole cew I would give yall 10 stars if I could .....

  Walked in with a tire bulge from hitting a curb. The gentlemen in the shop and the technicians were kind, professional and knowledgable! They walked through several options with me and explained things well. I ended up needing brake pads and they were insistent because mine were so bad. The shop was busy the whole time I was in, but they kept business moving. I highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at this tire shop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They took the time to explain my options clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The service was quick and efficient—I was in and out faster than I expected, and everything was done right the first time. My car feels great now, and the pricing was very fair compared to other places I checked. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire services and recommending them to friends and family!

  I do not recommend this business based on my recent experience. I brought my vehicle in and specifically requested that both the front and rear brakes be replaced. However, only the rear brakes were completed, and I was charged $700 for the service. When I questioned the work, the staff then attempted to charge me additional money to complete the front brakes. To their credit, the employee acknowledged that the mistake was on their end. Unfortunately, the situation was made worse by the manager’s behavior. The manager was unprofessional and disrespectful, speaking rudely not only to me and my wife, but also to his own employee in front of us. That lack of professionalism was just as concerning as the service issue itself. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication, questionable business practices, and unacceptable customer service. I would strongly recommend others consider alternative service providers.
