  Customer service at the counter was excellent, pick-up service and driver were great, and I love the text check-in feature in case I need to reach Enterprise while renting the vehicle.

  This Enterprise location in Kernersville is the absolute BEST! I’ve been renting cars from here for a while, and they always treat me like a VIP! I especially want to acknowledge Ashante and Steve for their EXCELLENT customer service! I just recently rented a car and had an issue. They showed how they truly value the customer and were able to turn a challenging situation for me into a more satisfactory one. They were very patient, professional, compassionate, and accommodating towards my needs, even as I was experiencing some anxiety. I would HIGHLY recommend this location for all your rental car needs. May God bless Ashante, Steve and the entire staff (including the detailers and car pickup/drop-off service), for all their hard work!
