  The staff was very professional and easy to talk to. They explained every step of the process they were going through and were extremely kind explaining each part to me. When I needed a part for my vehicle that they did not have at the shop, a mechanic personally drove to pick up the part and bring it. I thought that was incredibly kind, considering they could have told me to come back another day when they had it (and potentially charged me much more). I will definitely be back again!

  They most definitely had a lot going on! I asked why oil was all over my steering wheel and glove compartment, and was told that it was an automotive place, what do i expect! Rudeness an nasty! They need to wear gloves an clean behind themselves! They need

  Great experience today. Appeared to me that all the customers were having good experiences today. Courteous and knowledgeable, and there were enough techs working to get things done. The service here has greatly improved over the last year or so.
