  I was not happy with the results it had nothing to do with the guys at the front desk but the attendants lack of professionalism is what I have an issue with. As I was pulling out of the parking lot something was rolling around in the back of my car. so I pull my car over I got out the attendant had used the Jack from the car but do not put it back in the holder also I had a tire repair done there and he did not check the pressure of the other three tires.

  One of the most telling signs of a quality auto repair shop is how the staff treat women. From beginning to end, every interaction with the Kernersville Mavis team was courteous and professional. Nore at the front desk communicated clearly and promptly, and Mike the manager went above and beyond to educate me on the root causes of the issues my vehicle displayed. Customers are offered options and pricing with full transparency, even being invited behind the counter to see what the staff see in the Mavis system. After I left and heard an unusual - but benign - sound, I brought the vehicle back and Nore and Mike made it right. The day of my repairs, the waiting room was populated with ladies of all ages, including mothers and daughters. That's evidence of the trust built by this team and their customers. If you expect respect and honesty, go to the Kernersville Mavis.

  The staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. Mike helped me with an ongoing issue with my car and was the only one to properly diagnose it. I highly recommend this location. As for Mavis itself, I would not recommend due to incompetent staff at several other locations and the customer hotline is a joke as well as the regional management.

  Mavis Tires & Brakes are the friendly, nice, and clean place I have been. They know they stuff. They kept you update with the repair. I will recommend them to anyone in the Kernersville area. I used to go to NBT in Kernersville and it was dirty and unprofessional. Since Mavis took over, they show respect to their clients and very professional.

  I called Mavis last minute from work to see if they might have time to squeeze me in for a tire rotation. Mike told me to come on by, and they took care of me right away. Within about an hour I was back on the road. The service was very professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciated them working me in on short notice. Excellent service! Highly recommend!
