  Had my oil changed, a inspection and a tire rotation. That was done great. 🥳👌. Now, came the sells pitch. I didn't mention the battery. Tires. Or other fluids. But you checked my battery. Got the they don't make them like they used to talk. Other services are available... I heard this customer after customer. I could have been out 15 minutes faster but for all of that. Jiffy lube tactics. I'll be back. Always positive service. To strong on the sells.

  Very pleased with the service provided at Grease Monkey. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and they were very fast and efficient. Jacob explained everything and took extra time to make sure the services being offered were truly needed. I will definitely be back!

  This place is awesome. When I have gone to similar competitors I am being upsold on services I do not want or need before I even get out of my car. This location only did was I asked. They were extremely friendly. Will definitely go there again for other services.

  Got an inspection, had to pay to fail it, and in the following days I have received four separate emails/texts from different addresses/numbers asking to answer surveys. I have also received a significant amount of scam texts and calls since then, which leads me to believe that Grease Monkey as a company sells customer data as it’s collected for your services. Go somewhere else, any good shop won’t have you shell out $27 to fail an inspection.
