When the employee heard me talking to another customer he came storming out 'I'm coming, I am only one person here'. He begrudgingly took the ladies money. When I asked for help that was too much for him. He became very annoyed to the point that I said 'don't bother' and walked out. Please don't leave your standard reply 'That's not the impression we want to leave', your employees need some serious training in customer service. And no i will not give you another chance, O'Reilly across the street was friendly and helpful and will be my go to store from now on.

- ATApril TaylorNov 5, 20251.0A male employee was entering the building while I was approaching from about 10 feet away, he seen me coming, he looked right at me. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter and the employee who entered ahead of me was walking toward the back of the store on the other end of the counter. I stood at the counter, no one came, so I walked to the end of the counter and seen this same employee standing to the side talking to another man, unless he doesn’t have peripheral vision, he could see me standing there. Meanwhile, another man is coming down from stairs with medium sized boxes, not too big to where he couldn’t see me. He walks toward me and turns to the right not acknowledging me either. I had to say out loud, “I’m not standing here for my health!” The employee who was carrying the boxes gets an attitude and says he is “short staffed!” These employees were very rude and disrespectful. They need a crash course in ‘Customer Service 101.’
