  We had a semi truck accident and then we called a tow truck from this company. To be honest, I was worried that the tow truck would cost $1000 for 3 miles. But it wasn't like that, they charged me 10 times more than what I should have. I also had trouble picking up the truck the next day. They said they could pick it up at 8:00 AM, but I waited there for almost 2 hours and finally picked it up. I didn't like the bill from this company, it was a terrible bill. Can you imagine $9000 for 3 miles?

  When we called him and ordered them to tow my truck after an accident, but they said it was $350 per hour, I didn’t work there for 5 hours, and they billed us $16,800, they said there were several towing trucks, come on over. Be careful. They can rob you of good money. And when we arrived in to pick up our truck, there were the driver who was there... He didn't want to help. He said, "Nobody's going to pay me for this." In short, he was rude, but he helped anyway, albeit rudely.

  My job was time sensitive, I was 10 minutes away from their office. We agreed on ETA of 40 min, but the driver showed up only after 2 hours, and that’s only because I told them, I’ll have to cancel the request. Otherwise the driver did his job well.

  All Over Towing company is a superb establishment. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a tow or roadside services. Not only did they exceed my expectations as well as offer a reasonable price which let's be honest thats the most important factor when it comes to having your vehicle towed in 2026, but they also towed my vehicle, a Lexus gx470 while I was at work which allowed for me to continue to make money. If I had to leave my job to deal with the issue at hand it would have further drained my bank account. They treat their customers and to-be customers alike with the utmost respect and kindness. They made a bad situation that much better. If you have trouble on the roadside, call All Over Towing out of Kernersville NC, which for me and my experience was the best choice because of their professionalism and general kindness in hindsight. Thank you All Over Towing.

  My son caught a flat at a sheetz in Greensboro and went over and asked a tow guy to see if he could borrow lug wrench. It would have took no time to assist. One thing I have taught my boys, if you see anyone that needs help make sure you offer assistance. I run a business and I heard all the excuse the guy gave. Never heard of company but would definitely never use them. Kindness goes a long way. You were literally beside him.
