Friendly staff and plenty of parking space! Clean and no one bothers you if you're staying overnight. This is what a travel center supposed to be and they nailed it!

Came in for RV dump and water refill. Water not working, no sign as to why. Went in to get drinks and asked. Was told “we shut it off because of cold temps soon”… WHAT?!? So there is no water access because of weather temps but don’t post it so people know?!? $10.00 a dump (standard) but walking in the store was bare. Someone came in for propane while I was here and he was told “no one is here to help you, I’m not certified to fill propane”… WHAT?!? Again, why??? Update: Received a phone call from someone named Crystal. Claimed she was the “general manager” for this location. Told me “there was no way I was being honest in my review because their water was “winterized 4 days prior to my review.” She was rude, completely unprofessional in her approach. I asked her if she would like to see receipts of purchases on the date she claims I wasn’t there. I truly hope that’s not how she approaches others, her people skills for being “general manager” sure are lacking and I would like to believe corporate has higher standards in who they designate to be in such positions. Now, I understand “winterizing” things. I live (when not on the road working) in a state where we are frozen with negative temps 5 months of the year. I just happen to be a truck driver who travels 48 states for my “JOB”. However, winterizing usually entails hoses being removed from water spigots one would think and the day I am speaking about they were not. Just a thought for the “general manager” might want to follow up on your employees duties of completion prior to calling a driver a liar!

As of 11/05/25, there is an RV dump station here that costs $10 to use. When I asked the cashier if they have potable/fresh water, he said he thinks it's turned off due to a leak. However, we tried it out and it does currently work. Considering the other reviews for this place, you might want to call ahead of time to see if their water is available at any given time. Even then though, you might want to take their reply with a grain of salt. The Kenly 95 does currently have free potable/fresh water, but they closed down the dump station they used to have.

The worst chicken wings I've ever eaten. Completely dry! I think Pilot and Flying J should take the quality of the food they sell more seriously. It's expensive and not good.
