I was told the pricing would be $44.00 dollars (which is $22 higher then Firerstone and $25 higher than Strickland Brothers before taxes) I decide to get it done because I've been here before and was in the area. He guided me in as a female coworker asked what I need it, and she told him to tell me there lift bends the frame quote on quote plastic of my Honda because it's newer. It's a 2016! Furthermore the lifts are equipped for variety of models out here that's why it does not have a certain brand being specialize. Every vehicle are different, and Valvoline specialize in different brands! Or is it that I'm different or she just lazy? I have been here a few times in a Ford truck, Honda car, and there was no issue, but the staff is different now. People I haven't seen. I don't know if it's laziness, or a issue with gender for her, or color, but it's okay I won't be going back! I only went because I'm familiar with Valvoline doing my vechiles, and I haven't had any issues before, but people change, and work ethic change when staff change as well. I didn't mine going to Strickland Brothers I've been there before as well to have my oil change. There cheaper, faster, hard workers, got me in and out and courteous no matter the gender, or color. I'm greatful for the pleasantries of there staff as always, and I did what I always do when customer service is a plus. I tip.
