- AAAlexis Aponte1 day ago5.0A gentleman just helped me on the phone. I called because i parked my semi truck there over the weekend (in the reserved) and I couldnt remember if I locked my door or not and was getting scared someone may have stole my truck. Even though my request was silly and from paranoia he took it seriously and took the time to make sure my truck was still parked there. He was super polite and even offered to check to make sure it was locked. Everyone at this location ive interacted with has been lovely. Super excited about their remodel.

- BCB CMar 16, 20263.0This Pilot is currently undergoing a remodel/renovation (3.16/2026). No showers, no restrooms. Portajohns have been provided (near the truck fuel island). State sanitation rules require running water for food operations, I'm not sure how the Subway is staying open. Truck parking area is kinda small, and a large section of it is PAID 'PrimeParking'. Some of the truck parking spots are extra wide, which makes backin' in a breeze. However, due to lack of spots, alot of creative parking goes on. Not uncommon to get blocked in. Overall, I give it a 3/5. Perhaps the renovation will bring improvements.
- MBMagic BoiJan 15, 20261.0To all werner drivers here do not come to this truck stop the food is nasty I found hair in my food and the bathrooms are disgusting also this place let's bobtailers pile up in parking spots like it's the 4th of July and it's just awful the employees aren't professional they cuss and are very rude I do not recommend coming here VERY SERIOUS TO ALL WERNER DRIVER DO NOT COME HERE
