  Guy was swamped, the only one there. So he decided to take it out on me. I waited 30mins for him but didn't realize I didn't have my license. Ok my mistake, very short walk to my car. Boom. So, omw back up from my car, I saw him at a car and asked him if that would be the one I was renting. He took it upon himself to chastise me saying, "nope, im checking him in cuz you ain't have your stuff together and I got other stuff to do." I warned him politely that he didnt have to take it out on me. Upon discovering I also didn't have my insurance # on hand I suggested that he should take the next guy because I had to make a call. He decides to go out of his way thanking the next guy for how he had all his things prepared and they could "get straight to it". Smh. Perhaps that guy rents cars often. I do not. I knew I would need my license so I accept my lack of preparedness... but what about his lack of customer service skills. I'm good. I'll give this Lil 3 day car rental to someone else.

  Staff very willing to help me rent a car. I needed to extend the use of the car and it was easy also. I appreciate all the help and compassion from staff.

  On 1/12/2026, I rented a car from the Greenville location and returned it to Kannapolis location. The man who rented me the car did a walk around with me and told me that "ALL PRIOR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE HAS BEEN NOTATED". Also, he said "WE ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THE BIG STUFF, NOT THE SMALL STUFF". The only thing noticeable was a big indented scratch. Therefore, I took a photo of this scratch. Him and I did not notice any dent and it did not matter because ALL PRIOR DAMAGE HAS BEEN NOTATED!!! Once I returned the rental to Kannapolis, the woman with the long blonde hair immediately comes out and points out a dent. I have never been treated this way by any rental car company or any business in my entire life. It seems as though this was planned!!! I explained to her that I travel on business. We simply pick up the car and drop it off, to get to our next pick up for our transportation logistics delivery job. We deliver vehicles all over the country and we use rental cars, buses, trains, etc. to get from one to the next. I TOLD HER THAT DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE AND I DID NOT DO ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AT ALL. I HAVE NOT DAMAGED A VEHICLE MY ENTIRE LIFE. NEXT THING I KNOW, ENTERPRISE SENDS ME A DAMAGE CLAIM FOR $1400 !!!! FOR DAMAGE I DID NOT DO!!!!!! I AM NEVER USING ENTERPRISE AGAIN. I AM NOT DOING THIS JOB ANY MORE. MY COWORKERS ARE QUITTING. MY MANAGER IS TERMINATING THE CONTRACT. IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED, I AM GETTING A LAWYER AND I WILL ALSO TAKE THE LAW IN MY OWN HANDS IF I HAVE TO AND REPORT THIS TO ALL HIGHER AUTHORITIES AND WEBSITES AND DIVISIONS OF THE STATE AS WELL AS THE NEWS. I HAVE HAD IT!!! IF YOU WANT TO DO SHADY BUSINESS AND NOT HAVE DAMAGE NOTATED FOR A VEHICLE OR PHOTOS OF A VEHICLE BEFORE A CUSTOMER RENTS IT, AND THEN PROCEED TO BLAME THE CUSTOMER FOR THE DAMAGE THAT THEY DID NOT DO, THEN I HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES TO MAKE SURE SOMETHING GETS DONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE YOU ARE SCREWING OVER THE WRONG PERSON AS WELL AS AN INNOCENT PERSON. WE GO THROUGH ENOUGH OUT HERE ON THE ROAD AND WITH GREYHOUND BUSES AND HOTELS AND NOW ENTERPRISE????????? I JUST CANT BELIEVE THIS AND I AM DONE !!!!!

  Great Experience, Very nice and competent staff , tries very hard to organize everything to the satisfaction of the customer! Very friendly , They even gave me a ride after I drop off the Car Megan , Jhon Many thanks for everything! See you next time !
