There is no one there to guide you into the wash itself and there is also no cleaning supplies to use. This is very disappointing as every other car wash I have been to has cleaning supplies for you to use. I know I will not be using this location anymore so I called and asked for a refund so I could go back to where I was before and they told me they were not able to do that. my car is still not fully clean
