- SOSandra OchoaOct 22, 20251.0(Oct.21) I commented yesterday and they deleted my review and comment so I’ll type it AGAIN. At around 7pm I went in to buy 3 bags of chips my total came out of be around 8 and I gave the cashier lady a 10. Even before checking out she seemed busy/distracted with these papers and scanning them. I didn’t mind waiting until she finished but she was ready for me and then she started checking me out. She gave me the wrong change and when I made a face of concern she had already moved onto the next customer. I understand multitasking but giving the improper change to a customer is unprofessional and unacceptable. It was a grown woman as well, all you have to do is type in the amount on the register and it tells you the change you need to give back there is no excuse I shouldn’t have to be worried or have the thought of worryment that the workers will give me insufficient change.

I stepped away for just a few seconds to grab a bag of chips, and when I returned, the (Big Mexican girl!) working the front told me I'd have to wait in line. That attitude was uncalled for—especially when I had already been waiting to be helped. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I decided to go the bp down the street. Train your staff better.
