- BCB C5 days ago3.0This Pilot is currently undergoing a remodel/renovation (3.16/2026). No showers, no restrooms. Portajohns have been provided (near the truck fuel island). State sanitation rules require running water for food operations, I'm not sure how the Subway is staying open. Truck parking area is kinda small, and a large section of it is PAID 'PrimeParking'. Some of the truck parking spots are extra wide, which makes backin' in a breeze. However, due to lack of spots, alot of creative parking goes on. Not uncommon to get blocked in. Overall, I give it a 3/5. Perhaps the renovation will bring improvements.
- MBMagic BoiJan 15, 20261.0To all werner drivers here do not come to this truck stop the food is nasty I found hair in my food and the bathrooms are disgusting also this place let's bobtailers pile up in parking spots like it's the 4th of July and it's just awful the employees aren't professional they cuss and are very rude I do not recommend coming here VERY SERIOUS TO ALL WERNER DRIVER DO NOT COME HERE
- TBTravis BaileyDec 29, 20251.0Purchased gas yesterday driving home from family Christmas celebration. Had my credit card duplicated and used before I got home an hour later. Pump was covered in generic looking security seals, and tap-to-pay didn't work, I should have known better. Luckily credit card company caught it, but the pilot store let the charge go through. Beware!
- CSCurtis SimonDec 12, 20251.0Managers made me feel really uncomfortable and unwelcoming they followed me all around the store because I was a black man with bags stopping to shower and get food before I hit the road. They followed me all around the store pretending to be on phone staring at me manager may be racist to African American people. Will not recommended stopping here while manager on day shift is working horrible customer service.
