The first location on Concord pkwy did not have any midsized sedans and wanted to put me into a small suv for more money although someone else’s insurance is supposed to cover it for only $28 a day. I refused. I went to the location on Cannon Blvd, and was provided a Nissan Altima that had damages on the front bumper. Also reeked of cigarette smoke, was not cleaned inside, and only had a quarter tank of gas. I won’t be returning to Enterprise. I called my insurance company and they referred me to Hertz instead.
