I tell her they usually just let the customer use it, bring it back in and they read it. She says " oh well they're not supposed to do that, im gonna have to talk to them about that". Then proceeds to lecture me on what "Good Customer Service Is" all while providing me Poor Customer Service! Make it make sense. Good customer service is being a manager that can have enough staff to even provide service in the first place, OR be able to still provide the services you advertise, no matter how much of the staff is or isn't there. Needless to say I wont be back.
