- GWGlen Warren2 days ago5.0Got a great price on 4 quality replacement tires and replaced all 4 TPMS sensors and had a full alignment and an oil change. They didnt try to up sell anything they did what I wanted done. I just kept adding services for them to check and do because they really had fair prices. Because of the amount of things I got done it took about 2 hours to get in and out. A thank you to Tommy who helped with all my questions and was a great representative of this nice family owned business. Totally recommended giving them a try for tires and service work.
- HSH. SApr 1, 20262.0Great prices on tires but customer service is not good. They left windows down on car with keys in it. Got told by the lady at the desk they've never had anyone take one before. Um excuse me its Kannapolis! And not to mention tires were over inflated. Door says 32 psi. They had 40 all the way around. They also cant order anew spare donut tire which is strange 🤔 My son got tires here several months ago. When he went to use his spare it was flat. I thought all tire shops routinely checked spare tires when you got new ones. If they had it wouldn't be flat. I guess safety isnt a concern. If you want me to call give me the name of person I need to ask for.
