  Jay provided outstanding service. He called prior to appointment to answer any questions and go over everything. He was quick and efficient in providing services. He answered all my questions before I could ask.

  Wish I could give a 0 star review. Had an appointment scheduled for 0830 Tuesday morning (24FEB2026). Got an email at 1653 Monday evening (23FEB2026) telling me my appointment has been cancelled, but no real explanation why. I called the store to find out what is up...Safelite does not want you to talk to a person...I tried 5 minutes to get past their AI/automated computer answering system, which told me it "wasn't sure how to help with my request to talk to a real person." I have used Safelite to repair auto glass several times over my 45-year driving history, but I will never try to have them serve me again.

  i would provide zero stars. my overall experience was horrible & i would not recommend them to anyone. . i originally submitted my service order online on 2/7/26. it was rescheduled twice due to the window not coming in. i had to keep calling them to inquire about my service. finally get an appointment on 2/17/26. the tech broke the molding on my car. the company has no empathy regarding the still have not ordered the part to repair my car and i’m concerned if water is getting in my door panel due to the rain we have had. even after the tech broke the molding no one from management called to apologize and order the part to pair the molding. i have to keep calling them to only find out the part i need still has not been ordered.

  Technician Orlando was awesome! Very professional & knowledgeable! Making appt was easy but for whatever reason my appt was cancelled evening before and wasn't given a reason why. Upon speaking to Customer Service, they were able to get my appt time back on . Just beware that communication is nowhere to be had if they decide to cancel your appt.,you'll only get a text to say your appt was cancelled. I requested a call from the manager at the local branch and never got a call back. Good luck if you need to call on them

  Absolutely terrible service... I dropped my car off at 8:45 AM and had a coworker pick me up. Tried several times to call but there's not a way to reach out to the actual store because they are using Ai for the phone. So I got there at about 4PM and asked about it. They told me another hour... I waited there until 7PM with other people also waiting............. I could of been doing anything... I work 6 days out of the week and they had me on standby. Terrible communication and nobody updating. I work at a dealership and I know this is not how business is suppose to be done. Would not recommend using Safelite. Seemed to not be an issue with people working there but with the corporate side being money hungry and over scheduling their techs. The windshield itself was done from my knowledge, correctly. Everything is working as far as steering assist ect ect ect. If you are reading this just go to a place that you can call the actual store it will save you a headache.
