- DCDONNA COLLINS2 days ago1.0I had absolutely terrible service from this location and then never got my glass replaced from them. At my 1st Saturday appointment, they didn't even look at the replacement glass until I was already sitting in the waiting area. They call me in the back and show me a big scratch in the middle of the new glass and try to convince me to take it anyway. I say I'm not taking scratched glass. 1 guy tells me they can do mobile service at my office during the week. I ask about recalibrating the cameras in the field. He says they can. The other guy says that that technology doesn't always work. I reschedule for the following Saturday. The Crack in my windshield is now 2 feet long. Then they call me today, Saturday and tell me that my new glass didn't ship from the warehouse and they don't know why because there are several in stock. Maybe you didn't order it? She then tries to get me to do it mobile even after I warned that their camera technology doesn't work well. If these people can't even figure out how to get a good piece of glass delivered to the shop I certainly don't want them working on my car.

The lifetime warranty sold me because last company only had a 60 day policy and at 90 days it not only leaked again the leak was bigger. They came to me so also very convenient and easy to pay. Technician talked me through what he was doing each step and how it had been wrong prior. Highly recommend. The price was around the same as other companies but I consider it a great price since the lifetime warranty, windshield wipers, and rain guard was also part of it and other companies was only glass replacement.
