Around 12:20 I get an email saying "Get ready for your appointment tomorrow." So I'm like, okay, maybe I'm mistaken about it being on Monday. Go look. No, it's Monday. They just went and changed it to Tuesday at the last second without calling or texting or even asking if that time worked for me. So, went online and cancelled the appointment. Now finding another company. Maybe they can keep an appointment (that's the entire point of making them) and if they can't, at the very least call to let me know. So now I have to pay out of pocket and deal with insurance again. But, it's worth it to not deal with people that can't show up.
