An employee came out to help me and I thought all was well. Several months later, I noticed that I had been being charged for several months. This is nothing more than stealing. Shame on me for not checking my credit card more often. Shame on them for stealing from customers and refusing to reimburse. They could tell that I was never given a sticker to use as proof I was a member. Do not patronize this company.

While entering the car wash i was greeted by Stephanie, it felt like she immediately had an attitude simply because i asked about prices. I was just trying to get some understanding to decide which wash I wanted. She had no patience, and when I asked for her to stop yelling at me and asked her to calm down, she got even more aggressive. I had my child in the back seat and she used several vulgar curse words infront of my daughter which I really did not appreciate. Very unprofessional and I do not understand how someone could be so rude just because of a question being asked. I had never been to that specific car wash before so I should be able to get clarity instead of feeling like I am being rushed out of the line. It was a horrible experience and when I asked to speak to the manager she lied and said she was the manager but I found out she is not. I will not be back at this establishment due to her horrible customer service. The way she spoke to me was utterly disrespectful infront of my family and I do not appreciate that type of treatment at all. Stephanie’s attitude was truly disgusting.
