  Came in to get brake pads and rotors done, and Cody went above and beyond. Not only did he take care of everything quickly, but he also took the time to look into sourcing an EVAP canister for me — which is not even something most shops would bother with. Had everything wrapped up same day. That kind of hustle and customer service is hard to find. Cody is the reason I'll be coming back to Mavis. Highly recommend asking for him specifically.

  Went in for some insight on a noise, turns out my struts were blown and they caught it before it damaged anything else. Great work.

  Called this location 2 days ago and spoke with Michael. I was quoted a price on a set of tires over the phone. I get to the store to have the tires put on and am told they will not honor the price quoted because the person that quoted the price was through a call center and not an actual employee at that location... Showed them where their store number even called my phone and they still said that person doesn't work there as the only "Michael" they have is a tire tech. How can you call a store... get quoted a price... and then they say they will not honor the price even though I called Mavis Tire and their locations number. This is dishonest predatory tactics to get people to pay more once they are at the store! I will also be reporting this to the BBB! Should be illegal to operate a business like that!
