  i reserved my car early. i get a call on April 15 saying my rental may have to be pushed back. i was picking upon the 16th. i explained my situation to Isn Cole he did everything he could to get me a car ( not the one i reserved through no fault of his own). Ian was super AMAZING to get me a vehicle 3 minutes before my pick up time! Pick up was awesome Ryan Whisner was AMAZING! Both these gentleman are assets to your company!! I do have a suggestion GET THEM SOME VEHICLES on that lot! It’s a military town and they should not be scrambling to find vehicles for customers that already have reservations! Thank you Isn’t and Ryan you guys are AWESOME!

  Excellent service and a very clean, nice ride. We ended up with a Nissan Rogue and I didn't want to return it when the time came. The car was clean and drove very well. The service was very good. The people were polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate the service they gave.

  Enterprise provided a seamless rental experience; the vehicle was perfect and the representative at the Jacksonville, North Carolina location was exceptionally courteous.

  FANTASTIC Experience. I had originally made a reservation in my hometown for a trip to get home and see my sick grandmother... and just 3 days before my pickup date, i was told that my local store would not have a vehicle for me. I called corporate and was told a supervisor would call me for escalation of the issue. NOBODY ever called me. In desperation, I called around to all stores within 200 miles of me, and found one in Jxville which is a 3.5 hour drive from me. I was skeptical, but made the reservation by phone anyway. On the day of pickup, I had to drive the full 3.5 hours to get there, and when i arrived, I found that the vehicle that i planned to get was not going to be big enough for my needs. Ian and JJ (Jaylen, I think) were EXTREMELY patient with me. Actually, they were patient with everyone and there was already an older gentlemen in there complaining unnecessarily and they just kept smiling and being helpful through it. They kindly asked my needs, showed me three vehicles and even went to their sister store to pick up the vehicle that would best suit my needs. I was blown away by thier customer service. Not once did I feel like they were irritated with my needy demands. They worked as a great team, got me what I needed and really made a frustrating situation into a good one. I have to add that all of this happened at a time that they were under great stress becuase of a major snow storm and thousands of flights being canceled which was putting a great strain on car rental facilities. I know this because i had trouble finding one. I can't say enough good things about Enterprise in Jxville on Marine Blvd. Helpful, Kind, Courteous, Patient, and Knowledgeable. Thank you Ian and JJ. You really did save my trip!
