They must have used X-ray vision to check my air filter without removing the cover, and to check my non existent cabin air filter. Used the same X-ray vision to check my tire pressure and wiper blades while at the computer. They added some imaginary windshield wiper fluid to my already full reservoir. I had a discount coupon the first time I stopped and thought the price was great and the service was ok. The next time my coupon was for another service, so they found a different one for me at a higher price. No coupon this time, slower service, fake inspection, full price. Probably my last visit.

There was another worker, with Blue eyes who was consistently dropping F bombs as cars entered the lot for service. I have never seen a more unprofessional work place where workers are getting frustrated and start acting like that. I would strongly recommended a different location if you’re going to stay within Strickland brothers, or probably not this company at all.

I always leave here feeling better about being on the road and generally positive about the world because the work gets done as expected without a ton of extra frills and over the top upselling, plus the people are just top-tier professionals. Not only do they treat me kindly, they seem to really treat each other with the teamwork, respect, and professional attitude you want your kids to see. And my kids love to come and watch them work from the car.
