I typically decline any additional services, e.g. replace air filters, and they don’t pressure me to get it nor go ahead and do it and expect me to pay for it like some parasitic locations will do. I did previously accept filter swaps only because I hadn’t replaced mine since I purchased the vehicle 3 years ago; bird brain. I probably spend no more than $60-$70 total, and for 5.5 quarts of full synthetic, fluid top offs, every other filter swap, and 1.5 hours of my life, I’m saving time and money.
