- KDKt DgJan 29, 20183.0Customer service is lacking. The truck was a good rate and clean. No problems at all with the two different trucks we rented. They were less than helpful when unforcasted rain hit us during our move.. we needed just an extra hour due to the rain and didn't have the money to pay for an extra day which is what I was told I would need to pay for to keep it an extra hour. We dropped the truck off in the rain and went over to Uhaul the next day for less than half the rate. (Uhaul gave us a free day after showing them my contract for this place not a normal scenario, however due to the rain we moved one item) Gave 3 stars because the truck was new and the lift gate was helpful, ease of online reservation! Do not recommend if you may need more time due to weather and not having the extra for additional days.
