The severity of one issue was not completely explained to me but it was taken care of promptly once I inspected my car myself at another location. Over all I would give them 9/10!

She failed for a horn issue and was told she needed $160 for a diagnostic, then to order a part and everything was going to cost her 600-100 additional $ with labor. When she asked for how they diagnosed the issue they would not give her details. I get it checked the next day and the only issue was a missing fuse! Not broken, missing completely. Not only that, there was a spare fuse in the box! It was a 2 second fix and they obviously wanted to take advantage of a woman trying to get her car registered. She goes in here the next day and it's immediately excuses - a master mechanic checked it, that can't be, I wasn't in that day, I'm so sorry, I'll issue a refund. Fast forward a couple days and they dont refund what they agreed to, back to the shop to waste time again. Corporate said no our hands are tied. I dont do reviews and Karen shenanigans but if you arent 100% what you want done and what the issue is, I would not take my car here. If I turn one person away from being scammed, I'll be happy.
