  Summer was great and so accommodating with me having to bring my little ones in while my car was getting an alignment and new tires! Really appreciate her kindness and ability to break everything down simply to me as to what my car needed done.

  They literally messed up my car lug nuts the axle part broke off now I gotta pay for other things just because a mess up I better have me a new set of lug nuts

  CUSTOMER BEWARE! : Smudges all over my vehicle, spilled oil by my fill cap onto my valve cover, did not reset the oil life indicator, did not provide a sticker. Skid plate bolt loose. Can’t verify if plug and filter are properly tightened due to how low my vehicle is, if a skid plate bolt was hand loose I worry about the integrity of the rest of my vehicle. Especially when it takes 2 hours to do a customer provided oil change. Edit: they have the audacity to react with a tongue spitting emoji to an extremely valid concern. That is not the environment you should trust your possessions in. Especially something like your vehicle that can be worth upwards of 50k minimum in today’s day and age. You want an adept, cordial and knowledgeable technician working on your vehicle with the proper management to back it. A management team willing to mock a customers concern is most definitely not the place you want to trust your A to B Vehicle with. They pay their technicians 14/hour . These are not certified mechanics, these are not people you should take recommendations from either. When I was there they thought somebody’s tie rod was seized. Put heat on the jam nut for god sakes? None of the individuals nor managers have worked a proper mechanic job a day in their life nor do they have any customer service experience. They fail to understand these are folks livelihoods sometimes. In my particular case it’s my late father’s vehicle. You cannot claim sentimentality on insurance, that’s simply irreplaceable.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was friendly, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. They took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The service was fast, professional, and fairly priced. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but Mavis definitely earned my trust. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others!
