This was my first time going back to them as a Mavis location. Made an appointment for requested services on their website, showed up 15 minutes earlier to hand over my keys, aaand after 2 hours my car was still sitting in the spot that I had parked it in. Ended up requesting from the front desk to just give me keys back and I'd go somewhere else. The kid at the front desk apologized, I assumed the shop was having a bad/busy day, or were understaffed that afternoon or something. Heard lots of angry yelling/loud noises coming from the maintenance bay while I was in the waiting area. Definitely a strange visit and a let down from the location that I used to utilize so much in the past.
