- EMEast Coast Marine2 days ago2.0I had an appointment on Sunday January 11, 2026 for 9 AM which is what time they are supposed to open. At 9:08 am when the store still had not opened, I ended up having to call the Swansboro store in order for them to reach out to the Jacksonville management. Management had forgotten what day of the week was and did not show up to open the store. Also, what should have been a two hour job is now pushing 8 hours because they tried to take a shortcut which they said would have saved time but ended up taking more time in the long run. They struggled to find the appropriate tools for the job as well. I know this because I watched them working. My overall satisfaction of this shop today is to say the least disappointing. I would be hesitant to recommend This location to anyone.
