I did and they found a VERY small pin hole leaked and repaired it! I had taken my car to Toyota for an oil change and asked them to please check and repair if needed. Apparently they did neither! Will be coming back to Mavis for all our tire needs!

Later, I noticed my vehicle’s alignment was pulling to the right, so I went to the Yopp Road location, where they charged me for an alignment—but my car was still pulling to the right afterward. Since the issue wasn’t resolved, I went back to the Yopp Road location, explained the situation, and they fixed it without charging me again for the same problem. I recommend the Gum Branch location over the Yopp Road location. Both have great customer service, but the Gum Branch team will actually fix the issue. Thank you!
- DKDavid KrostyneNov 1, 20251.0Well decided to give this location another try on Oct 31 2025. HUGE MISTAKE . This is the location that tried to tell me I needed struts and shocks when I didn't among other things. And then gave me a hard time when I said no. Well I went in for an inspection and I was told (get this) that I failed because my driver side strut was leaking and my one tire had no tread. What bs. The guy that told me this was an extremely rude man named Jared. When I said what do you mean i need a new driver side strut Jared got very rude and loud say with an attitude we've told you that time and time again. Then when I mentioned how I talked to the now two managers ago he stated they were fine. Jared got rude again and said we'll go talk to him. When I went to leave Jared said to me don't you want to buy a tire. See again you see where this is going . Upon leaving I had someone else look it over and then when got home I looked over the strut the strut with a flash light even during broad daylight. And saw nothing. Now if it had been leaking and considering all the bumps I hit after leaving mavis there would have been signs especially of hydraulic fluid yet nothing And what Mr Jared failed to look at is and I actually was able to get the paperwork from another mavis location is it clearly says the struts and shocks are a recommendation because when my vehicle hits a certain mileage and year. Not that I am required to have it replaced. Again this location has gone down hill and Jared needs to be let go This use to be a good location I recommended to people no more. Spent too much money there to be treated like this. Oh and the tire it was fine
