  Went through the car wash to only vacuum my car, with the lowest level of wash. When it finished I still had bird poop/car paint on my car. The General Manager came out to check in and I told him my concerns. He listened and allowed me to go through a second time to make sure it was actually clean and gave me the highest level wash. He was very professional and came to check in a second time to make sure it was clean. I really appreciate the effort and care with my visit today!

  Great car wash. The wash is great. Lookin new when I left. The people working there are really cool. They'll talk to you and make sure you're happy with the wash. That's really cool for a car wash.

  My wife spoke of a new car wash that just opened off gumbranch rd & suggested i try it. So i did. To say this is a good car wash would be a lie. It is the best car wash i have had the pleasure of using. I have used many of the others in town . They just do not do as good of a job as Hall of fame does. The staff do an outstanding job cleaning the rims & the grill as well as the rear outside areas of the car before it enters the wash bay area. I have trouble with getting the antena of the top of my van. They take the time to remove it and put it back after the wash. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. Justin and the crew do such an wonderful job & because they do my wife and will always let people know what a great place Hall of fame car wash truly is. So if you are looking for a really great place to get a carwash Hall of fame is the place for you & your car, truck, van. They have one of the best plans for businesses .   Definitely the best place in Jacksonville and the prices are unbeatable! Their vacuums work great, the employees are very nice and helpful, the wash experience itself was very good and at the end of the wash the air blowers dry the car almost completely. better than any place I’ve been to. 10/10

  The manager on duty and the employees working were beyond helpful! 10 out of 10 would recommend. The vacuum's are so powerful- window and all purpose cleaner - fresh towels And compressed air(what?! Amazing) while I was vacuuming one of the girls working came over and offered to spray off my salty floor mats for me - she even wiped them down after! Most car wash places won’t fit my car with the roof rack but this one made it happen! This has been by far the best car wash experience I’ve ever had and my car has not been this clean since I bought it- not to mention affordable for all they offer. If your debating taking the extra drive or going outside of your normal spot including your home - do it this place is next level for service amenities and vibes! Totally knocked it out of the park for me- thank you!
