  Excellent! The staff at this location are amazing. They were very friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me pick the best truck to fit the furniture I was getting. The truck rental prices are great and honestly don't even compare to other companies in my opinion. We were going to Florida to pick up some furniture from my family and both U-Haul and Penskey were giving me quotes of $1200 to $1800 on the low end. Enterprise ended up costing $467 round trip.

  Second time renting a “parcel truck”. First time the parcel door was broken off and spinning around in the back, forcing me to make my own door and the second time it just didn’t work. Jammed up. No callback for over a month to address my complaint and local staff seemed to brush it off as an every day occurrence. Be careful renting here, if a truck is actually available and not sitting in Lowe’s parking lot for a month while people who need them sit and wait.
