  I came in today due to a bad battery. Mr Ronald tested my battery. Mr. Brian installed my new battery. Mr. Brian provide great customer service and took his time to ensure my battery was the correct battery and installed correctly. Mr. Chris T was working as well. Its always a great experience when he is working. Thank you guys for your assitance today!! This is why I come to this location!

  Came in for a battery change due to issues with it starting, Chris was awesome, kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He identified that the battery was not even the right one for the car (don’t know how I got here then) and made a service that my partner thought would take an hour tops into 15 minutes- everything works perfectly and the car no longer sounds like a jet engine additionally the Ron fellow in the store was not exactly willing to come out and help us with the issue leaving Chris to do it all himself (justice for Chris) but maybe this was for the better because Chris did a top notch job for us do better Ron. Would recommend Chris’s service again 10/10 times Ron’s not so much 3/10.

  I went to autozone today after work to get some oil for my car. Chris welcomed me with a smile and helped me find what I needed. While paying I was telling him about some issues with my car and Chris went above and beyond he gave me some information to help me fix my issue with my car. This gentleman has helped me before and I didn't think to post it. So,, this time I wanted to make sure to acknowledge him for his kindness. It's nice to see that people still care about one another. He is a great asset to this company. Thank you so much Chris!

  Went into Auto Zone today to get some wiper blades. Brian helped me. He was able to get me the right ones and gave me a discount. He even went above and beyond helping me to install them! I really appreciate his customer service and being so helpful! Auto Zone be proud!!! & Thank You Brian!! 😊

  New to the area. Went to get an auxiliary battery..Chris was so incredible!!!!! I was having a rough day..and he made everything alot better. Very kind and explained everything to me without making me feel "stupid" about my jeep compass! This will be the ONLY auto zone I will go to for anything! Id give him 10 stars..but it only allows 5! Every store need someone like him!!!!!!! Thank you Chris for ALL your help..its so appreciated!
