I came in with an issue involving my battery and my lights, and she handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude. She listened carefully, resolved the issue efficiently, and made sure I left completely satisfied. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Her team was just as outstanding — everyone was respectful, helpful, and worked together seamlessly. It’s rare these days to experience service at this level. Jennifer, thank you for turning what could have been a stressful situation into such a smooth and pleasant experience. AutoZone is lucky to have you leading that store! 5 stars isn’t enough.

They are quick to help you Get your parts and in and out, kind of thing. Also, if you have to call over the phone, they are amazing. At making sure you have the parts in stock And ready when you get there for a pickup. They have gone up and beyond for me. Many of times and gone to the other stores to pick up my parts for me So I didn't have to drive all over town.

I went to several other locations that were either closed or told me they couldn’t help due to the weather.
