- NHNerd In Da HerdJan 3, 20265.0Today I visited this AutoZone after my daughter’s vehicle had a Check Engine Light come on and all of her lights began flickering. I was helped by Chris S., who immediately got to work. He ran a diagnostic check and tested the battery, which came back as bad. He then checked the system, discovered the battery was still under warranty, and replaced it at no cost to me. With 2025 being a challenging year for us financially, this alone was a huge relief. While replacing the battery, Chris noticed one of the battery terminals was severely corroded, worse than anything I’ve seen before. He replaced that as well, again at no charge. Chris and his co-worker were respectful, kind, and genuinely willing to help well beyond what you typically experience these days. I truly hope AutoZone recognizes what an outstanding employee Chris is, because he goes above and beyond. Chris, I appreciate you, brother. Thank you for taking care of us and giving me peace of mind knowing my daughter can commute safely. You’re the man!
