  I consistently have an excellent experience at this AutoZone location. The team is always welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I come in with questions or need help finding the right parts, the staff takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure I leave with exactly what I need. I would especially like to recognize the store manager, Rachel, for the outstanding job she does. Her leadership is clearly reflected in how well the store operates and in the professionalism of the entire team. Rachel is always attentive, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure customers have a positive experience. She goes above and beyond to assist, and it’s clear she takes great pride in both her work and in supporting her staff. Thanks to Rachel’s management and the efforts of her team, this location is consistently organized, efficient, and welcoming. It’s rare to find such a well-run store where customer service is so clearly a priority. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism shown here and highly recommend this AutoZone to anyone in need of automotive parts or advice.

  Darrel at the front counter was very helpful. Help me find oil in a pinch took care of me real quick when my car had an oil leak and I had to drive back to Wilmington from Jacksonville

  Steven, the guy that replaced my battery needs a raise, holy life saver did it in less than 5 minutes had us quick in and out in a hurry. please give this man a raise for his hard work
