  I was told my oil change would take 45 minutes to an hour, but it went on to 2 hours. This was no problem, but just would have appreciated open communication about what was going on behind the scenes as this was my first oil change with this car. I showed up after an hour and a half to be told it would be a few more minutes. I'd rather be told a longer time then to come back too early and potentially make them rush. After the oil change, I had a new oil leak in the driveway. I returned to their location to have it fixed the following day. I was told the residue was cleaned but no other problems were seen (no oil leak). Just would have appreciated the honesty that a piece was tightened or replaced as when I returned home the leak magically stopped. Not trying to be any type of way, but just would have appreciated the honesty, especially being a female customer.

  They were extremely knowledgeable, from the customer service Associate at the desk to the techs. 5 star service. Pricing is excellent as well, great promotion going on where you get a free tire rotation with an oil change. Everyone treated me as a neighbor in the community and will spread the word about the great auto center located next to Popeyes on 74! You guys rock!

  Called early to make an appointment and booked the last slot 6-7pm. Received 2 texts confirming my appointment, and spoke to 2 separate representatives on the phone confirming my appointment. Drove to the location and was told I have no existing appointment. Waste of time and gas.

  Made an appointment online. Got a quick turn around time. Dropped off vehicle, got a call with a diagnosis within half an hour. They gave me estimate and within three hours job was done. Very professional and very accommodating!! Will definitely use Mr Tire again!!

  The service performed by Mr. Tire on Hwy 74 near Indian Trail, NC was friendly, quick and necessary. I brought my Tundra in for an annual inspection to renew my tag. In route I noticed a vibration and some faint noise when braking. I mentioned this to Mr. Hart and he asked the inspector to check the brakes first and they found both front and rear brakes needed replacing and the rear needed new rotors. They rebuilt my brake system, changed my oil and inspected my truck for a reasonable price and I arrived around 10:30 AM and was out of there in time to grab a late lunch at 1:30 PM. Truck drives and feels great.
