  The staff at the Indian Trail office is to be highly commended. Devin the manager was 100% professional in making our reservation and delivered our rental with a smile. The van was delivered clean and it was a smooth trip for all. I will definitely rent from enterprise again.

  Came to pick up a reserved car. Checked in on online for a speedy pickup. Still had to wait 30 minutes for a car. Staff was courteous and they did have the car cleaned while I waited. Just wish this had been done before I was there to pick up.

  My experience was really great, the staff at the Indian trail location were really friendly and efficient. I had a one way rental and they called me after I returned the car to the other location to make sure I didn’t have any issues. Shoutout to Damian for being so fast and personable. These guys were trying hard to get everyone into a car as soon as possible and while I had to wait a few minutes, they were polite and clear with communication at each stage. I won’t hesitate to rent from here again.

  This company is apparently allowed to change prices randomly on the fly. In many businesses/institutions, it's considered false advertising and normally would constitue a law suit. I cannot with a good conscious recommend a company that's willing to change prices for anyone that's in need of a rental. I was on the phone with customer service this past weekend, majority of them are rude and lied about not having a supervisor I can't speak with. What business will run without any supervision? I was waiting for a call from the regional manager the past few business days and NO ONE has bothered to get in contact with me. To this day, a week later, I still haven't heard a word from anyone. Honestly, you are better off going to another rental company that will be honest about its prices and actually cares to work with the customer rather than against the customer.

  UPDATE (Today – Tuesday): I am now dealing with a serious safety issue on top of my previous concerns. After being told to return to the Indian Trail location, I paid over $500 and was placed into another vehicle. Within about 20 minutes of driving, I heard a dragging noise and discovered the transmission cover was loose and dragging underneath the car. My brother, who is a mechanic, confirmed the issue immediately. This is not just poor service — this is a safety concern. This confirms that the problems I previously reported were not isolated. There is a clear pattern of negligence and lack of accountability at this location. I am now requesting a partial refund ($50–$150), a free upgrade, or a discount on my next weekly
