- RLRS ListerJan 28, 20262.0I used to stop by every morning for breakfast, but depending who is working the kitchen now, I just turn around and walk out. There's a shorter, midgle-aged white woman, not sure of her name, she is always rushing around almost to the point of jogging. Every time I have ordered biscuits and gravy, she never separates the biscuit halves, just drops it into the tray, dumps gravy on it, and throws it in the oven. I've had her give me a biscuit that was still cold, raw and doughy in the center because of thisseveral times. I don't even risk eating it. Half the time she can't snap the lid on the tray fully, I've had gravy pour out into the bag a few times. I came in this morning and she was working, so rather than just leave I decided to get something premade. I got a chorizo burrito and tots. The burrito wasn't even wrapped properly and the tots were more salty than the fries at McDonald's. She badly either needs to be retrained or taken out of the kitchen as she is going to end up undercooking or making some mistake because of rushing so much, and going to make someone sick. I'm just going back to walking out and going to Bojangles instead whenever I see her in there from now on.

Every time I get him I ask how its going or have a nice day and he straight up ignores me. But today he made me return to the back of a line of 4 people after it was my turn because I didn't know what vape flavor I wanted. I get work is tough but in a customer service role is it too much to ask to not be miserable? Maybe retraining will help him but im getting my monsters and vapes from BP now peace
