  I had a fantastic experience with the Gerber collision repair center located in Indian Trail. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The quality of the repair work was absolutely superb with every detail handled with precision, and the final result was flawless. You’d never know the vehicle had been in an accident. The turnaround time was faster than originally estimated, which was a pleasant surprise. The level of customer service throughout the process was truly top notch, professional, courteous, and attentive to my every concern. The shop itself was well-organized and clean, reflecting the pride they take in their work. Communication was consistent, thoughtful, and completely transparent at every stage. I always felt informed and confident that my car was in great hands. It’s rare to find this combination of craftsmanship, efficiency, and customer care.   In an unexpected run in with a deer, I had the unfortunate reason to have to do business with Gerber Collision in Indian Trail. Simply put - they were fantastic. I found them honest, thorough, with a high degree of excellence in repairing the front end of my car. They were FAR MORE ACCURATE in their assessment and repair costs - than was my auto insurance company. Ms Wendy - the woman who really runs the place - was efficient and highly energetic. Patrick - their GM - is a true expert. Of note - Gerber guarantees their work for life - which is a great testimony to their required levels of excellence. I'd highly recommend using Gerber in Indian Trail - they were great to work with.

  I needed to move quicker than Gerber Collision could accommodate. I thought that was that, but Brandy took it upon herself to not only text me the name and number of 2 independent shops that may be able to get me an estimate FAST. But she texted one of the shop managers (who happened to be out sick that day) and set up the appointment FOR me via text. WOW. It's NOT very often you come across professionalism like that. I can only imagine ACTUALLY doing business with them. Well done Brandy! You make believing in humanity a little bit easier!:-) God bless you guys and I wish you MUCH success in your business and life!
