    I have had the most remarkable experience with enterprise Eddie Thurman the manager now at indian trail location has always been wonderful and his staff is the absolute best in customer service i would highly recommend this location job well done god bless you all continue to be a great asset to this community

    Honestly great experience both times I've rented had a issue with the van they have me my 1st time where the check engine light came on as I was leaving and they where very quick to exchange it for another van. My 2nd time they picked me up and it was a great experience. Will be returning to the location for my future long travels.

    I reserved a car, arrived, and provided my documents. The staff started serving people who were behind me in the line and even managed to give them their cars. I was told that my car would not be available and that I would be given another one, which I agreed to. After that, I waited another 30 minutes, and in the end, I was told that the car I had agreed to was also unavailable, and that I would be given a car that was completely unsuitable for me. Goooood job
