I was told that my car would not be available and that I would be given another one, which I agreed to. After that, I waited another 30 minutes, and in the end, I was told that the car I had agreed to was also unavailable, and that I would be given a car that was completely unsuitable for me. Goooood job

I hit a deer and my insurance company got me a rental from here. From the pick up at caliber collision, to the walk through of the vehicle I received excellent customer service. Highly recommend to get a rental here!!!
- MCMariana CNov 19, 20253.0I was advised to get extra coverage on my rental car because I was filing an insurance claim and in the event I had an accident, there would be a loss of use charge. I ended up adding it considering the stress of the current insurance claim I was making. When I returned the vehicle, I was told there was hail damage, and that there was hail in the area recently. But not to worry because I had the extra coverage on the vehicle. Umm, I’m sorry but there has been zero reports of hail in the area and especially in the timeframe I had the vehicle! These people are salesmen at the end of the day and just want to make as much money as they can off of you. Definitely wouldn’t come here again.
