  I was advised to get extra coverage on my rental car because I was filing an insurance claim and in the event I had an accident, there would be a loss of use charge. I ended up adding it considering the stress of the current insurance claim I was making. When I returned the vehicle, I was told there was hail damage, and that there was hail in the area recently. But not to worry because I had the extra coverage on the vehicle. Umm, I’m sorry but there has been zero reports of hail in the area and especially in the timeframe I had the vehicle! These people are salesmen at the end of the day and just want to make as much money as they can off of you. Definitely wouldn’t come here again.

  Worst experience ever Got charge top dollar for a truck rental an receive a 2024 dodge basis with hand windows an hand manule seats oil.light came on brakes were bad low on water.had truck wasn't clean .they sorry it is what it is .s.o.b nerver again

  Very busy location so options are limited. Limited lot doesnt help since storage of vehicles is low. Also because extremely busy hard to get a hold of anyone. Even when making reservations have a tough time getting what asked for.

  Never renting from Enterprise again — this was truly the worst experience I’ve had. I had booked two seven-seaters through Costco Travel from the Enterprise South Carolina branch on October 5, 2025, for a Smoky Mountains trip planned over the October 11th weekend, as my cousins were flying in from California. A day before the trip, I received a call from Enterprise informing me that all their 7-seaters had been recalled and that they could only offer 5-seaters instead — which I declined. I then contacted another Enterprise location at 13711 E Independence Boulevard to check for availability. The representative there confirmed they had two vehicles (an 8-seater and a 7-seater) available for the same dates and provided a quote that was a bit higher than expected. So, I decided to go back to Costco Travel and rebooked the same vehicles for the same period at a more reasonable price. However, on the day of pickup, when I arrived at the branch, the staff member told me they were overbooked and claimed to have left a voicemail — which I missed apparently. When I questioned why Costco’s website showed availability if they didn’t actually have cars, he couldn’t provide a clear answer and simply apologized. Feeling disappointed, I stepped outside and noticed a clean, ready-to-go 8-seater parked nearby. When I confronted him about it, he said it was a recalled vehicle. That’s when it became clear that they likely gave the car to someone else who booked directly through Enterprise at a higher price. This is a completely unfair and unethical practice, and I plan to report the issue to Costco Rental Support as we had to cancel our trip in the last minute. I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for a long time and have never encountered anything like this before. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded my trust in the company, and I’ll be reconsidering my future rentals with them.
