Three hours later the battery still sounds sluggish so I called back and he said the warranty that was put in doesn't have a warranty so you will need to buy another one. I've always had excellent service here. This was an obvious scam because I asked was the battery new and he states it was. Very annoyed will never go into an auto zoneagain. The thing that gets me is he knew it was a bad battery, straight up lied so I would have to purchase a new one. I've been sending people here for years because of the excellent customer svc, Well not anymore. Its all about ripping off loyal customers and straight up lying to make a buck. I will tell everyone I can to go somewhere else.
