I was buying some oil and filters for an oil change on 3 cars when one of the employees tried to upsell me on a more expensive filter. I wanted to see the “promo” that he was talking about and all the sudden starts grabbing more expensive oil filters and even engine air filters and cabin filters even though I only wanted an oil filter. I asked him to take off the other filters because I didn’t not want or need those, at which point the employee got extremely loud and threatening just because I got frustrated that he was trying to sell me extra filters. He ends up ringing me up for $25 of extra oil which I did not buy and was extremely rude when I tried getting my money back. I will never be shopping at this location again and if I could I would give it a 0 star review.
