  I came in on 3/25/26 to get a diagnostic on my check engine light, The man at the front desk Q has been nothing but helpful even when I purchased pepper spray he gave me helpful tips on how to properly use it and protect myself. I really appreciate his service. He is amazing.

  This Autozone is incredible!!! My first experience a few months ago with an Autozone(Waxhaw on Providence Rd) was not favorable. I needed a light bulb for my headlight and went to the Autozone in Indian Trail. Yesterday, I purchased the bulb and Ricky was super nice and said they would help me if I couldn't get the bulb changed. Today, I went back to try to change the bulb in their parking lot in case I couldn't get it changed. I was super proud that I was able to get the connector undone(finally!) and was watching my YouTube video.on how to change it. But...I dropped the bulb in the engine compartment! Ricky came out to help me. Trying to work around a Honda Odyssey engine is difficult. Ricky went back to get a screwdriver to remove a part so we coukd get in there since I still hadn't been able to pick the bulb up. I said a prayer and God helped me get that bulb and then He sent another angel, Aidan(I hope I spelled it correctly). This young man made short work of replacing the bulb that took me about 30 mi to just get the old bulb out. What kindness and assistance this AutoZone gives. This location and the angels that work there are truly fantastic!!

  We had a headlight go out on a 14 hour drive in. Had to replace it before we left. Aiden was incredibly helpful, helping us get the old bulbs out and the new bulbs in for us like a freaking pro 👏 Seriously, best AutoZone EVER 👊

  오토존 인디안 트레일점의 Luis! 감사합니다. 며칠전에 엔진오일 교환하러 갔다가 에어필터가 너무 더러웠으나, 재고가 없어서 교환하지 못했습니다.에어필터는 교환하는것이 그리 어렵지 않아서 스스로 하려고 하였으나 마침, 손목을 다쳐서 직접하기가 좀 힘들었습니다. 지난번에 방문하였을때, Juan의 도움으로 헤드라이트 교체를 잘 마쳐서 오늘도 약간의 기대를 가지고 방문하였습니다. 아침 11시 40분경에 Ricki에게 에어필터를 구매하며 약간 도와줄것을 부탁했고, 에어필터를 구매하는 중에, 아마도 메니져인듯한 사람이 이런것은 정비소의 일이기 때문에 거기가서 하라며 , 그래도 구매 할것이냐고 말했습니다. 순간, 많이 미안 하기도 하였지만, 꼭 그렇게 얘기해야 하는 생각이 들었습니다. 이와 동시에 그 메니져같은 사람이, 10 분 정도면 하는 일이라고 다시한번 나에게 말했습니다. 마치 내가 할수도 있는데, 일을 시키는 것처럼 말입니다. 사실, 난 에어필터를 교환하는것에 상당히 걱정을 하고 있었습니다.어떤이들에게는 쉬운 일일지라도, 난 굉장한 부담을 가지고 있었고, 필터를 사서 엔진오일을 교환했던 정비소로 가져갈까라고 생각도 하였습니다. 그곳은 좀 먼곳에 있어서 부담이 되었습니다. 어쨌든 사서 나와서 차로 갔는데, 마침 베터리 교환작업을 마친 Luis가 너무나도 자연스럽고, 당연한듯, 내가 좀 도와줄수 있냐고 하니 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. Luis 정말 고마웠어요. 당신의 친절이 당신을 더욱 발전시킬겁니다. Thank you so much Luis!
