I’ve been on this dealership several times thinking I would have a better experience and they always disappoint me. I’ve never done business with them because of this reason, they are stuck up when treating customers or at least me. The finance guy is who I’m talking about cause when negotiating for a deal , I clearly heard him telling the service rep who was working with us “ let him go somewhere else “, and as we all know dealerships want our business and I don’t necessarily need theirs, there are other dealerships that treat their customers with up most respect. I’m never coming back here again.

I would have ranked lower but the actual service was great. Problem is when I called to check service, I could not get out of this AI bullshit to talk with a human. Called 5 times to try to speak with a human. NOT. This really needs to be addressed. AI supposedly transferred me to several numbers and no one answers. Please fix this.

Chandler was probably the best service person I’ve ever been involved with. I came in with a nail in my tire for a Hummer EV truck with no spare. He didn’t even flinch. Took my truck, got my tire squared away and had me out the door inside of an hour. This level of customer service is why I won’t take my truck anywhere else!

I had a scheduled 9:00 AM service appointment at Randy Marion GMC for several concerns: my annual safety inspection, a slow leak in one tire, an engine fan that was extremely loud and slow to shut off, and ongoing squeaky brakes that have been present since I purchased the vehicle brand new in November 2024.
Around 1:00 PM, I received an update that my tire had two small holes that were deemed “unrepairable,” requiring a full replacement at a cost of $305. They also confirmed that the engine fan/thermostat issue is covered under warranty.
However, the biggest issue remains the brakes. I have complained about the squeaking multiple times—first at purchase (under 100 miles) and again at 5,800 miles. I was told that GMC has now officially acknowledged this as a known issue and released upgraded brake pads as of February 2026. Despite my documented complaints well within the qualifying mileage window, the dealership stated that because my vehicle now has around 20,000 miles, the repair is no longer covered. I was quoted $705 to fix something that has clearly been an issue since day one. That’s extremely frustrating.
Because of these concerns, I declined both the tire replacement and the brake repair. I want a second opinion on the tire, as I’m not convinced it’s truly unrepairable, and I’m not willing to spend money at a dealership that won’t stand behind a known defect I reported early.
I instructed them to proceed only with what was covered under warranty (thermostat) and the state inspection. Around 4:00 PM—seven hours after my appointment—I was told the vehicle was ready. When I arrived the next morning, I was charged $12 for the inspection, but then informed that the parts for the thermostat repair had to be ordered, meaning the warranty work wasn’t even completed and I’ll need to return again.
So ultimately, a 9:00 AM appointment resulted in a half day spent diagnosing issues and then 4 hours were spent completing a roughly 20-minute safety inspection, with none of the actual repair work done. Between the excessive wait time, lack of resolution, and refusal to honor a clearly documented issue under warranty, this was a very disappointing experience.
