The team was very helpful, communication was great, and I really appreciated how flexible they were when I needed to extend my rental. Being able to modify and extend the reservation through the link sent via text made the process even easier. Overall, the customer service there really stood out.

He was courteous and patient with each and every person over the phone and in person. He deserves a raise, bonus, and promotion!

Even though I reserved the vehicle class I wanted in advance, Huntersville only had two available cars on their lot. Even when I returned the next day for the vehicle class I wanted all I heard was excuses. Folks, you can do better than this for your regular customers.
