    Dee and the other staff working made an oil change pain-free. He kept me updated every step of the way and was extremely efficient. He explained to me what kind of oil was being put in the car, allowed me to look at the oil filters and really took care of me. What a great team at Valvoline in Huntersville. I will continue to be a customer there because of this great first impression.
