  This rating is specifically for Aubrey in sales. WOW the woman knows her stuff. She was professional and courteous! The dealership was nice as well but without employees like Aubrey our visit may or may not have been a 5 STAR! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle … ask for Aubrey!

  Kevin and Mason were prepared when I arrived, making sure everything went smoothly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. Mason is very knowledgeable about the Buick features and explained everything I needed to know. He also assisted in setting up the tech pieces- On Star, iPhone and the Buick App. I like that he took care to make sure I was set and the car met my needs. I would buy with him again, highly recommend. Kevin ensured that I got the best finance package I could get. He went through the options with me and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure. Kevin has an abundance of knowledge in the industry and is easy going, which put me at ease so that I could confidently make the best choice for me. Definitely recommend him and would work with him again. In fact, I am a repeat customer with him!

  I’ve recently got a car from here . Used car experienced a lil hiccup with it brought it back to get looked at . And instead of everything being so transactional they treated me like a human, a friend that they knew forever . And helped me up with my problem with the car . They are blessed to have such a great positive realist GM there . Thank you thank you thank you

  Service department has the worst customer service. This is the second time around bring a car in for service. We brought a car in for service friend morning as soon as they opened and called in Saturday afternoon, because we haven’t heard anything about our car being done. Called in and lady said the service advisors has left for the day. This exactly happened last time we brought our car in with no updates or call about our vehicle being ready. We’re always the one calling and checking in. Will not be bringing in a car service here again. Plus we experience one rude advisor there.

  My experience with Randy Marion GMC in Charlotte, NC has been absolutely unacceptable and terrifying. I was pre-approved through my personal bank and had a recorded phone call where the dealership clearly agreed to follow my bank’s loan payout terms. We even signed a sales agreement confirming the deal — everything seemed legitimate and complete. Then, after the purchase, the dealership tried to change the terms and refused to honor what was agreed to. Things escalated quickly when the sales manager started sending me threatening messages while I was out of town attending a funeral. He then reported the vehicle as stolen, even though I have proof of purchase, the signed agreement, and the recorded call where the salesperson confirmed the payout instructions. To make matters worse, the same manager sent me an inappropriate text message at 8:30 PM, following up on his earlier threats. Because of their actions, I am now afraid to even drive the car, fearful that I could be pulled over or have my life put at risk over a vehicle that I legally purchased and have full documentation for. This has been one of the most stressful and frightening experiences I’ve ever had with any business. I strongly urge others to avoid this dealership and protect themselves by keeping every document and recording every call. No one should have to feel unsafe or threatened after buying a car.
