  Earl Gordon was amazing assisting me with the service of my vehicle. I came in on a Saturday for a regular maintenance oil change and tire rotation only to be informed of an issue with my car. I made an appointment to have a diagnostic test. He explained the issue and cost. He offered a loaner and updated me every step of the way. He advised me about Costco auto program 15 percent off service and parts. Although Costco insists this location is on suspension (sale side) and couldn’t offer the percentage off. Costco later called to say they maybe able to assist/ just waiting for an update. Earl was very professional and polite. Earl gets 5 🌟. Earl was a joy to work with. He made doing business pleasurable despite a big price tag to fix the issue. Service at this location is always on point since purchasing the car brand new in 2018. Thank you Earl for being friendly, competent and knowledgeable. My next car may be purchased from this location in the future because of the positivity always. Earl thanks a million. You exemplify greatness and excellence!!

  Wow! I had the best car buying experience ever at Randy Marion! Stephen Horton my sales agent and Kevin the finance manager made everything so easy and smooth! I came, told them what I wanted and drove off with exactly that! I’m so very happy with my new car!

  This is the first positive experience I’ve had at a car dealership. The entire team was great. Aubrey met me at the door with a big smile and great attitude. She walked me through step by step and communicated great. I will recommend her personally and the dealership to anyone who talks about buying a vehicle. Thank you so so much!!

  I saw the car I liked online through autotrader. They had a salesman contact me. His name was Reggie. I asked about the car but explained I was two hours away and it would be a few days before we get up there to see it. He sent me videos and photos of the car, figured out the numbers for me all through phone calls and texts. We arranged to go up a few days later. Reggie had the car out and waiting on us. We drove it, decided we loved it. Reggie got all the ppwk ready and sent us over to finance to sign rest of the ppwk. Met with Jarard, the business office manager, finished all the ppwk all while laughing a lot with him! Great sense of humor and personality! Both guys great to work with! And I can’t think them enough for working with us even though we lived two hours away! Definitely 10/10 recommend!
