  We purchased a used/pre-certified Kia from this dealership. Several issues with this dealership. First off, expect them to charge $900+ more than what you see on the sticker. We were informed that when used cars arrive, they are all given this awesome fabric protection, that Randy Marion insists on. So, they won't remove the charge from the final pricing. Second- their financing was misleading. After a 'soft' credit check, we were given a range to expect for our interest rate. The finance expert was "confident" we'd be within that range. Of course when we went to do the actual financing, it was higher than he'd told us to expect. Then he blamed us, for trying to pin him down on the finance rate. Last, and most importantly, don't trust their internal inspection, or pre-certification process. I understand buying a used car can be a risk. However, we purchased the car 6 weeks ago and it has been in the shop more than on the road....and oh yeah, Randy Marion wouldn't touch it. They directed us to Kia. The sales person claimed he was 'there for us', and directed us to the sales manager. The sales manager proudly referred to himself as "The Problem Solver"...well, our car isn't drivable, so find a new title. Never again.

  Just purchased a new GMC Sierra AT4X AEV Edition and the experience was outstanding. The truck is absolutely incredible, and the entire process was smooth and efficient. Aubrey Cross deserves special recognition! I worked with her the most throughout the process, and she was truly exceptional. She stayed on top of every detail and consistently checked in with me to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Her professionalism made a long-distance purchase feel effortless. Kris Rekasi was also fantastic to work with, handling my order and lining up delivery, which was especially appreciated since I’m about four hours away in Georgia. Jerrae Gordon made the finance side straightforward and stress-free! Top-notch experience all around. I’d absolutely recommend Randy Marion GMC and will be purchasing another truck when I'm ready for an upgrade.

  Problem with radio stops playing for 1 or 2 seconds was not fixed and was told they could not fix it because there is no software fix. 2024 GMC 1500 with 14, 000 miles under warranty dealership and GMC ignore problem and don't care. Was informed by another dealer that whole system replacement would solve issue but Randy Marion GMC would not do that.

  5-Stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Randy Marion Buick GMC purchasing my new Buick Encore GX Sport Touring. Aubrey Cross was an absolute gem to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. She made everything feel easy and low-stress. Huge shout-out as well to Kevin in finance, who worked some real magic to get me where I needed to be to make the deal happen. I truly appreciate the teamwork and customer care and would highly recommend this dealership and this team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

  While we did not buy a vehicle at this location, our experience was superb. Steve Rogers, our sales person, could not have been more accommodating. He was kind, honest, upfront and not merely looking to make a sale, rather had our best interest at heart. It’s unfortunate they did not have the vehicle we were looking for, but we will certainly consider Steve when the time comes for another vehicle in the future.
