Dry and completely disengaged. Third, there is a mask mandate in Mecklenburg county and he wasn’t wearing a mask. Personally it may not seem like a big deal to him, but from a professional standpoint it should. But seeing how late and disconnected he was, I’d be a fool to hold to even think he could be professional.

On a recent rental we reserved 60 furniture pads but none were available at the location or any Penske location within 100 miles. This made for a last minute, time consuming scramble. Fortunately, a competitor pulled through for us. Everyone makes mistakes and in this case Penske gave a generous discount for the inconvenience. I'm STILL a fan of Penske.
