  Excellent service! I was about 200 miles from home on Sunday morning when my car alerted me that my tire was going flat. I pulled into Mavis and was immediately greeted by Ken with a warm smile and reassurance that they would take good care of me and get me back on the road in no time. Within a few minutes Kieran checked my tire, found the nail, fixed it and assured me that I wouldn’t have any issues along the way. Their kindness, smiles and extreme professionalism turned my stress into smiles! Thank you both!! I Highly recommend this location!

  I took my F150 to get one tire replaced. I asked them to order the exact same tire as all of the others. They didn’t order an exact match. Now I have three tires that look one way and one tire that looks another way. Their solution was for me to buy, at my own expense, some tire paint, bring it back to them, and they would paint my tire to match the other tires.

  I recently went to this tire shop to have a tire plugged due to a small leak. After they completed the service, my tire continued to have a slow leak. I later found out the plug was not done properly, which forced me to purchase a brand new tire. I had just bought my car and my tires were still in good condition, so this was an unnecessary expense. I’m very disappointed in the quality of work and would not recommend based on my experience.

  *UPDATE: they did nothing about this and didn’t seem to care.* Unfortunately I had a horrible & dangerous experience. I brought my van in to have the tires rotated (my van has been vibrating like crazy so figured we’d start by checking the tires) they went ahead and rotated them and said it was good to go. I even asked after if everything really wasss okay (to double check) and the gentleman said yes. So I figured my tires were good. Unfortunately when I left I noticed that now my van is vibrating at 40mph and not 60. Figured, since the tires were good, that it was something more mechanical and I realized I’d have to take it to a mechanic in the morning. Thank God someone squeezed me in because they informed me that the belt in my front left tire (which used to be in the back) was blown. So $80+ just to tell me what Mavis should have noticed themselves and told me the day before. Love that. Unfortunately, they didn’t have tires in stock for me so I had to drive VERY slowly and cautiously to another Mavis tire in Belmont to get 2 new tires put on. So long story short— this place failed to notice that the belt was broke and proceeded to put the bad tire on the front which is INSANE and VERY dangerous. Luckily they wrote their names on a sticky note and asked me to write a review… so thanks Joseph & Ken. That was horrifying and very negligent of yall.

  Man, I had a tire blow off the rim going 70mph and managed to not wreck my car or hurt myself and get to the shoulder and my car was packed full of weight as I am moving. Full spare but it didn't seem right so I stopped in and Joesph saw my spare was not road worthy and got my PSI right AND he used his torque wrench to double check all my lugs AND the man also sat a while and just listened to me and let me vent and just went above and beyond what I ever expected when I pulled in and this experience will shape how and where I spend my money and the people I surround myself with. If I had a team of Joseph's, we could conquer the world and everything outside it.
