- RRrenata ritchesonDec 11, 20251.0Do not recommend. Came in for a brake job - they “checked the whole system” and said I needed all 4 brake pads replaced and that everything else was fine. So I got the work done. The brakes started squealing almost immediately - so I came back about 3 weeks later. Suddenly my front rotors are heavily grooved and my brake fluid is black. How this was not caught when they “checked the whole system.” I find it impossible that the rotors and brake fluid were just fine 3 weeks ago. How they missed 2 of the 3 key parts of a braking system when they “checked the whole system” is beyond me. And to top it all off, both times the car was supposed to be ready by noon and both times, the pick time got kept getting pushed back. Both times I was told absolutely by 4/430 and both times I showed up at 430 and ended up sitting and waiting.
