Our car started sputtering and had a dead skip (this has happened before). I met Eli at the counter and informed him of what I needed, to scan and find out what cylinder had the misfire. Eli was on it immediately, once we knew the cylinder he grabbed the parts and I let him know I needed a couple tools to make the repair and get us back on the road, home. Eli went above and beyond in all aspects of his job and made our problem his problem. This young man took time to make this situation as seamless and easy for me as possible. Thank you Eli, thank you!
