I was helping my friend with his car - all of his warning lights came on at once and the Subaru dealer was closed. We went to two different auto parts stores. One was closed and at the other one, the person behind the counter continued leaning on the counter as he told us "it's your battery." Well, no - the battery was replaced last year. He was not interested in helping any further. We stopped at Advance Auto Parts and received such awesome customer service. Nick told us a few things that could be the problem and offered to check some things out with some sort of meter. Although he checked the battery and the alternator, the problem still persisted. He suggested we take it to the dealer the next day. Nick represents what great customer service looks like. Friendly and helpful!!
