  This was my second time visiting this location. I had a nail in my driver rear tire. I was in and out in about an hour. Exceptional service, very clean facility, play area for kids and comfortable lounge while you wait. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful from start to finish. They took the time to explain exactly what my vehicle needed without any pressure or upselling, which I truly appreciated. The service was fast, efficient, and fairly priced. You can tell they take pride in their work and value customer satisfaction. My car drives great, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re looking for honest, reliable tire and brake service with great customer care, I highly recommend Mavis Tires & Brakes. I’ll definitely be returning for future service. ⸻ If you want it shorter, more casual, or more detailed (mentioning a specific service like brakes or tires), I can adjust it for you…..   Shout out to Chris and Larry who went above and beyond to help me change out a flat tire on my road trip. I genuinely can’t think these men enough for what they have done to get me back on the road. Best customer service I’ve seen at any Mavis and the job was down quick and clean. If anything happens in the future I will gladly return to this location. Once again Larry and Chris deserve promotions immediately.

  I went to the Legion Road location with a persistent slow leak issue in the front driver side tire. Chris, the Asst Manager helped try to reduce the location of the leak and realized what we both thought to be a clear slash into the tread was infact NOT leaking air at all. He assured me that his techs could find the cause and patch it in no time. Less than 15 mins later, from a safe distance in the garage, they revealed there was an embedded nail that had been all but covered up by the tire due to constant re-inflation and deflation. Ed, the Store Manager, understood the circumstances and gave me an amazing price for the repair. I will be looking forward to continued business at this location if this is whom the company trusts with their name! Thanks again Ed, Chris, and Mavis Tire Techs for skilled work and excellent customer service!

  Changed my review since new information has come to light. Had my tire plugged there a few months ago and it was losing pressure again. Went back 3 days ago and told them which tire was giving me problems. I was there for two hours and in that time I was told the previous plug job was done wrong, the additional patch they placed was leaking air too, and I needed a new tire. They put on a new tire. I paid and left. Today I used my car for the first time since and had low tire pressure again. Same tire. Turns out they replaced the WRONG TIRE! Side note: the kids area was visibly dirty and grimy both times I visited, I wouldnt let my child play there. FINAL update: Went back with my husband and spoke to a manager. After almost two more hours I was able to get my original problem tire replaced without cost to me. I am happy to finally have this tire issue resolved, but I will not be coming back.
